Taking a planned approach

After your first course of treatment, we assess your facial needs for the coming year. We look at the treatments you’re likely to need to keep your skin in tip-top condition. It might be that you’ll need some wrinkle softening treatment, perhaps some fillers and a session of vital hydration. Everyone is different and so is their skin, so the treatments we think you’ll need will be different.

Spread the cost over 12 months - interest-free payments

We assess the normal cost, reduce the fees by applying a discount and then divide the cost into 12 monthly interest free payments. The clever thing is that this method uncouples the timing of your treatments from your need to pay. So if your treatment is required just before a holiday, or when your car needs a service, or the dog's run up a big vet's bill, you don’t need to worry about paying us. It’s all being taken care of over the year, with no surprises.

Reflecting your preferences

FacePlan from James Willis Face is really flexible because new treatments can be easily added or removed. It allows for easy budgeting across the year for ideal facial maintenance. And it is very convenient for you, because you make the payments by direct debit with a one-off joining fee of just £10.
